An emphasis on design with a commitment to technical and aesthetic excellence. Diversified Design Associates is an experienced full service Architectural and Construction Management firm. The three principles are registered Architects with a vast amount of experience in office, commercial, retail and residential design and construction. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of detail, quality and attention that every client deserves and desires. The diverse experience brought to the firm from each partner enables us to convey a level of expertise to every project regardless of scope, budget, location or discipline.

We provide Architectural services for new construction and renovations, interior design and space planning, floor and wall covering design and selection, furniture design and selection and lighting design and selection. In addition to our Architectural and design services we also excel at construction providing management for all phases as well as contract bid negotiating and owner representation.

Established in 1996, the three partners have combined over forty years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction. We consider ourselves problem solvers, utilizing our design experience to help our clients obtain their goals.

Our objective is to achieve originality and uniqueness while maintaining program requirements and budget. We are currently licensed and registered to practice Architecture in New York and New Jersey.
